Chibi is the leader of the pack, and my first chinchilla. She joined the family in late summer of '06. Her birthday is July 10.
Chibi enjoys botanical hay, play time, and disemboweling unsuspecting visitors. She might look sweet, but she is a momma's girl and won't have anyone else. She's super friendly and cuddly with me, but she's scared of most everyone else.
Chibi: That's not true! I'm just very SELECTIVE.

Next up is Baroo, also known as Roo, Roopert, Rooey, Roo-Roo, and a multitude of other embarrassing nicknames. Don't let the grumpy look fool you, Roo is a lovebug who adores dustbaths and yelling at the ladies.
Stick around long enough, and you'll see Roo's patented swishy tail dance, complete with off-key singing and seductive gyrations. Sure, he's half a room away from any females, but by god, he's going to try to get their attention anyway.
